I am a licensed counselor in the state of Indiana. I received my degree from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2020, majoring in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and specializing in Addiction studies as well. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, anger management, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
In our first session we will work on introductions and starting the foundation for the therapeutic relationship that will allow us to work together to achieve your goals. We will discuss your specific goals for therapy so that we can create an individualized treatment plan to guide the therapeutic process.
I feel as though my greatest strengths as a therapist is not only my ability to meet you where you are currently at, but to work with you to get you moving in the direction that you would like to go! I take pride in my ability to see and utilize someone’s strengths to promote change and improve motivation!
