I am an experienced counselor with many years of helping client’s navigate their struggles related to various mood disorders, anxiety disorders, traumatic experiences, life transitions, and women’s issues. I particularly love working with teens, young adults, parents, and women but have extensive training and experience working with children, families, and adults of all age 5 and up.
I am passionate about helping people navigate life transitions, women’s issues, and healing from trauma. I have extensive training in various trauma modalities and mindfulness based therapies that I feel are helpful to my clients and their needs.
