Announcement icon During the COVID-19 crisis, I am offering Telehealth sessions by phone and video sessions.
Whether you are interested in exploring deep-seated, difficult, or painful issues, or simply need a supportive person and space in your life, I provide a comfortable, confidential, and non-judgmental place for you to get the help you need. Healing from challenging transitions, painful life experiences, or trauma/violence is a process and I am committed to helping my clients on their journey to becoming healthier and happier, and to establishing more rewarding and fulfilling relationships and behavioral patterns.
I'm also passionate about helping to increase self-esteem and confidence, and am dedicated to helping clients find effective ways to deal with stress, trauma, and difficult emotions. I have an interest in helping women with mood issues during pregnancy and postpartum. I also utilize EMDR to help people move past traumatic/painful life experiences.
Therapy is a collaborative process and I encourage you to provide feedback on what works for you. I offer individual and group therapy. Additionally, I regularly teach educational workshops on a variety of topics. Please see my Website for more information and get in touch with any questions. I look forward to hearing from you!
