Announcement icon During the COVID-19 crisis, I am offering Telehealth sessions by phone and video sessions.
Whether you are interested in exploring deep-seated, difficult, or painful issues, or simply need a supportive person and space in your life, I provide a comfortable, confidential, and non-judgmental place for you to get the help you need. As a perinatal mental health specialist, my focus is supporting women during pregnancy and following childbirth. If you are struggling or just not feeling like yourself after becoming a mom, get in touch. I can help you determine if what you are experiencing involves a Perinatal Mood/Anxiety Disorder and can help point you in the right direction of feeling like your self again.
I'm also passionate about helping people increase self-esteem, heal from painful life experiences, and develop effective ways to deal with stress, trauma, & difficult emotions. Growth is a process and I am committed to helping my clients on their journey to becoming healthier and happier, and to establishing more rewarding patterns & relationships.
I offer assessments, individual therapy, and supervision for Residents in Counseling. I also run a support group & virtual community to help new moms thrive (rather than just survive) the transition to motherhood. Many of the self-improvement tools I love teaching in therapy can be found via workshops on my Website: www.meganmaccutcheon.com/resources
