I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in MD and DE with 15 years of experience. I specialize in the use of EMDR, EMDR 2.0, BSP (Brain Spotting), Flash Technique, DBR. My modalities are IFS and AEDP as well as DBT and ERP. I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Precision Nutrition Certified Nutrition Coach. As a former D1 athlete, my approach to psychotherapy is a holistic one. My clients have specifically appreciated the rate at which they are able to experience benefits from therapy. I work out of two offices, one on Main Street in Newark (within walking distance of University of Delaware), the other in Elkton.

I have expertise in helping clients in healing from PTSD and complex trauma, developmental/attachment wounding, relational issues, dissociative disorders, personality disorders, anxiety/OCD, eating disorders, performance anxiety/sports psych issues, self-esteem issues and grief. Our first session will be centered around clarifying goals for treatment and developing a plan of action toward achieving those goals. Clients begin to see improvement related to increased sense of hope and excitement after the first session. This is a FREE GROUP for anyone ages 14-24. The group runs on the last Wednesday of each month from 7pm-8:30pm. It is held inside of Sean's House (136 West Main St, Newark DE, 19711). The groups focus is on supporting those in the LGBTQ+ and allied community. Different topics are discussed each week with planned activities if needed.
