Our early experiences and important relationships shape how we relate to ourselves, others, and the world. For those who have experienced trauma - especially complex or relational trauma - these patterns can feel deeply ingrained and difficult to shift. The therapeutic relationship offers a safe, supportive space to explore feelings, thoughts, behaviors, interpersonal dynamics, and to begin creating new, reparative experiences. Through this process, we foster greater empathy for ourselves and others, enhance our capacity for meaningful change, and more effectively navigate life’s challenges.
I prioritize a trauma-focused approach, understanding the impact of societal structures, power dynamics, and dissociation on one's sense of self and their relational world. Together, we will work at a pace that honors your safety and readiness, supporting you in connecting with parts of yourself that seek healing and more empowered choices.
In addition to Relational Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, I offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), Psychedelic Integration, and am in the process of completing Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) training.
