**Currently Full**Are you someone who has started to feel less valued or understood in your relationships or having a hard time figuring out who you are? I help people re-discover their strength, voice, and enhancing relationships with one's self and with others. Together we will process emotions, challenge self-limiting beliefs and develop improved communication to help achieve a greater sense of connection and intimacy in your existing and future relationships. I work with individuals, couples and families dealing with difficult relationships, trauma, grief/loss, self-esteem, stress, transitions, & LGBTQ issues. BIPOC Ally.
Clients working with me find their sessions to feel like a collaborative conversation that fosters insight and awareness about your areas of concern and to create desired change. Growing up internationally as an expat, my experience working with a wide variety of cultures has given me the opportunity to support people from all walks of life.
I am currently working more via Telehealth as I go back and forth between WA & MT. I work in SLU (walking distance from Amazon + close to University of Washington + free parking) and Bellevue (walking distance from Microsoft + free parking), with appointments 7:00 am-5:00 pm Tuesday-Friday. I offer in-office sessions, walking sessions, and remote sessions.
