It is a privilege for me to work with my client in a therapeutic capacity. I honor your desire to grow and seek assistance for dealing with life's obstacles. Therapy provides a safe and healing opportunity to examine your life and relationships, and to better understand your thoughts and feelings. I feel honored to work with each of my clients and to support them on their path to health and wellness.
I specialize in assisting individuals struggling with managing symptoms of eating disorders and disordered eating, including body image disturbance, self-esteem issues, emotional eating, restrictive eating, compulsive exercise, chronic/yo-yo dieting, binge eating, purging, compulsive eating, and other addictive behaviors. I address these and other issues through individual, family, and group therapy contexts.
