I work with clients of all ages, but I specialize in issues of life transition particularly for folks from 18-55. I have worked with college and grad students for 15+ years. I am adept at working with folks that are stressed while juggling multiple roles, jobs, relationships, etc. I have a trauma-informed, Health At Every Size, and cultural humility lens.
