Megan uses DBT concepts and skills as a foundation for her practice. She incorporates somatic therapies, mindfulness, movement therapies, and psychodynamic strategies. As well as an emphasis on the somatic experiences that assist in identifying the sensations in their bodies to develop the mind-body connection that propels growth and healing.
