It is an honor to do the sacred work of therapy with each client I work with in my practice. I specialize in helping women navigate issues related to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, pregnancy/postpartum and grief so that they can attain a greater sense of peace, hope and courage to live their life well. I also see couples who are in need of help navigating complexities of relationship through building healthy communication & conflict resolution skills while exploring and facilitating healing in root areas of pain in a warm and directive environment.
I believe it is imperative to treat the whole person, helping each client seek to understand how they came to form their sense of safety in relationships and overall identity. I work with my clients to empower greater self-awareness and growth towards meeting treatment goals, incorporating both the client’s & my own faith into that journey as desired.
As someone who has been through my own journey of healing and change, I think life is too short to stay stuck! I enjoy helping people heal from their past and become more of who they were created to be in order to live life well.
