I am a therapist who cares deeply about meeting each client where they are, taking time to honor their story and find ways towards healing and clarity. By using “Walk and Talk” therapy we are able to break free from the confines of a traditional therapy office, inviting movement to be included in the therapy process. During a session we can walk side by side, allowing the physical activity to help release endorphins and the natural surroundings provide a calming and grounding effect. My goal is for you to feel supported, challenged and encouraged in our work together.
My time is divided between private practice and the local school system, working with high school students on their campus. My clients and I work through life transitions, depression, anxiety, self esteem, relational issues and more. I offer a warm and non-judgmental place for you to process and grow, understanding that each person is unique.
