I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy through NC-CTP, trained in Perinatal Mental Health and Mood Disorders through PSI, and trained in CPT and IFS. My approach blends the integration of ACT with an eclectic therapeutic framework. I provide therapeutic art, narrative and play therapy techniques into our sessions for those interested.
