My aim as a therapist is to be a safe relationship where clients can process, heal, and formulate life goals. I believe that current and past experiences such as chronic stress and depression, frequent life transitions, emotional neglect, and more will have a significant impact on physical, emotional, and relational health.
I work with individuals, couples, and families. I believe therapy should be creative & client-centered, so I frequently utilize alternative, evidence-based, interventions that target not just the “thinking” centers of the brain, but also the “emotional” centers of the brain for a holistic treatment approach. I am trained in EMDR & also a TBRI® practitioner.
I believe that true hope and healing is possible through connection, healthy relationships, and experiential knowledge. Thank you for your vulnerability in reaching out, and know that it is truly my honor to walk alongside you for this chapter in your life's journey.
