Accepting new clients in person in Fairfax, Virginia, and virtually throughout Ohio and Virginia. I work with folks who feel stuck and notice their past is affecting the present. They seek to develop meaningful relationships with themselves and those around them, and feel burdened by a lack of safety or comfort in their bodies, minds, and relationships. They haven’t felt supported, worthy, or wanted, which impacts how they connect to themselves and their world. I support clients in healing physical, emotional, and mental blocks impacting connection. Utilizing your strengths, we create the life you want to live.

I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy and have completed certification training in Applied Polyvagal Theory in Therapeutic Yoga. I offer several empirically-supported modalities, including Somatic Therapy, Attachment, Ego State, Cognitive Behavioral, and mindfulness-based approaches.
