I specialize in helping adults, couples and older teens (16+) who are struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem and trauma.
As a couples therapist, I help partners reconnect with the felt experience of love—the emotional bond that drew them together. My work is grounded in attachment theory, which views our closest relationships as vital to emotional safety. Together, we gently uncover and heal the underlying hurts, resentments, and past traumas that may be driving reactive patterns or emotional distance. Through this process, couples learn to build new patterns of connection—ones that foster trust.
In individual work, I provide a nurturing and understanding space in which our connection creates the safety for growth to occur. We will explore the way the way the coping mechanisms of the past no longer serve you, and develop new strategies for navigating relationships and the world. We will cultivate a wise, compassionate internal voice -a core self.
In my practice, I draw from Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Attachment theory, Transformational Couples Therapy and somatic practices.
