Counseling with me goes beyond basic symptom management and "therapy homework." We use Brainspotting and somatic therapies to provide relief for your frazzled nervous system, and we also look deeper through narrative and existential therapies. We'll also explore the patterns and dynamics that keep you stuck—with yourself, and with others.
