I take a holistic, trauma-informed approach that incorporates expressive arts, mindfulness, play, and somatic interventions to create an approach tailored to your unique experiences, strengths, and goals. I believe therapy should be personalized to what works best for you. Whether you're seeking support for yourself or your child, we'll work together to better understand what you're going through and find tools and strategies that feel meaningful and fit your life.
I work with children, teens, and adults navigating trauma/complex trauma, anxiety, anger, and relationship or family challenges. Therapy doesn't have to look the same every week. Some sessions may focus on conversation, while others incorporate somatic, creative, or play-based techniques, depending on what best supports your goals.
My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming and BIPOC inclusive. I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable showing up as yourself, and sessions move at a pace that feels manageable.
