I work with children, teens, and adults, with a special focus on pre-teens through adulthood. Many of my clients are girls and women navigating relationships, anxiety, and life transitions—including motherhood and the evolving challenges of parenting. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply looking for more clarity and connection in your life, I aim to provide a supportive and collaborative space where you feel understood.
I also have a strong passion for working with neurodivergent individuals across the lifespan. I particularly enjoy supporting those on the autism spectrum in building social skills, strengthening relationships, and developing confidence in navigating everyday interactions. My approach is strengths-based, affirming, and tailored to each individual.
With 15 yrs. experience as a school counselor, I bring deep knowledge of school systems and educational supports. I work with parents to help navigate the 504/ IEP process, advocate effectively for their children, and feel more confident in partnering with schools.
