I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with children (3-18 years old), young adults, adults, and families. I hope to support my clients in deepening their relationship with themselves and assisting them in developing integrative ways of living to balance life’s challenges.
My therapy style is client-centered and I believe the most important part of therapy is the therapeutic alliance between client and therapist. I have experience in trauma-focused, attachment based, and cognitive behavioral models, and my framework is largely influenced by Internal Family Systems.
