Are you seeking a compassionate therapist to help you explore and process your: grief, loss, trauma (and vicarious), burnout, relational issues, depression, anxiety, and/or existential dread? Do you also want to spend more time outside in nature but struggle to fit it in to your routine? Hi I'm Megan, and glad you found me! I've been a licensed counselor for four years and a helping professional for over a decade. I'd love to join you as you navigate any of the challenges listed above. I offer a free 15-minute consult call to see if we'd be a great fit. Group therapy to come later in 2026!
My focus is on bringing clients into the healing power of nature through walk-n-talk sessions. I can meet clients in several local areas including Bent Creek, Warren Wilson Trail System, RAD Greenway, MST at Folk Arts Center, Ecusta Greenway, etc. I also have an office space in downtown Asheville for indoor sessions, and offer telehealth.
