For many years, my clinical focus has been on supporting families with infants and young children, as they navigate the profound transitions into parenthood. I understand that this period is rich with intense experiences and a wide range of emotions.
My work honors the complexity of these moments and centers on helping families feel seen, heard, and supported as they adjust to new roles, routines, and expectations. In addition to my work with families, I have extensive experience with adolescents and young adults. I help individuals explore and shape their developing identities, build self-esteem.
I work with mothers and women across the reproductive and post-reproductive years to recognize, normalize, and address experiences such as perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, postpartum adjustment, work-life balance pressures, relationship dynamics, and the impact of societal expectations on self-care and well-being. My goal is to empower clients.
