About
The therapeutic relationship may be built upon person-centered skills, empathy, and a comfortable place for self-exploration. I strongly believe that every individual possesses the strength within them to overcome life’s obstacles and improve their overall well-being. My goal is to guide you through the journey of your individual healing process through the therapeutic relationship. I provide a supportive, genuine, safe atmosphere for you to openly express your thoughts and feelings and how these are impacting your life. I will strive to help you acquire self-love, serenity, and your own personal view of success.
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy approaches. I also enjoy incorporating mindfulness techniques and creative writing into my sessions if desired. When working with children, I find it helpful to implement play therapy and sensory interventions. I also practice Trauma-focused CBT.
Life can be challenging, and I am here to help. I provide a safe, calm atmosphere and am ready to get started whenever you are. Thank you!
