I believe therapy is about learning to live well and seeing your emotions as allies, even in the midst of adversity. Over the years, I’ve worked in diverse settings—including family shelters, hospice bereavement, hospital oncology, schools, community mental health clinics, and with First Responders following natural disasters and traumatic events.
I specialize in supporting adults navigating cancer, end-of-life and terminal illness, chronic pain and illness, grief and loss, trauma-related life transitions, anxiety, depression, adjustment concerns, and shifts in roles and relationships.
In our work together, we will identify barriers, clarify your values, and build a pathway toward a more vital and meaningful life. I see therapy as a space for healing, support, and unconditional acceptance—but also a space where laughter, creativity, and joy have an important place. Together, we won’t overlook moments of hope and lightness along the way.
