Hi! I'm Megan, and I am so happy you have taken the initial step in finding a therapist who feels like the best fit for you. I know seeking therapy is not always an easy decision, which is why one of my primary goals in therapy is to create a comfortable, safe space for my clients. My focus in therapy is to help my clients reconnect with themselves and get back on track to where they want to be, both emotionally and physically. I concentrate on the goals my clients wish to achieve, and I remind them that we progress at their pace while I'm here to guide them.
I prefer to use an eclectic approach, as I believe each individual is unique and responds differently to treatment. I work with both adolescents and adults, and I have experience treating clients who have struggled with depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, grief, relationship issues, and sexuality.
My vision is to create a safe environment where clients can freely open up and express themselves, while also encouraging and supporting their personal goals. I value self-care and self-acceptance and wish to empower wellness within each individual client.
