I try to make therapy feel like a safe, comfortable conversation where you don’t have to put on a mask. I don’t come in with a rigid agenda—I want to hear what’s on your mind and what matters most to you. I’ll bring in tools like CBT or motivational interviewing when they’re helpful, but I keep things flexible so it actually fits your life.
Reaching out for support can feel scary or awkward, and that’s totally normal. I try to make therapy a space where you can just be yourself and talk about what’s on your mind without pressure.
