I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who brings warmth, compassion, and authenticity into every session, with the goal of helping clients feel truly seen and supported. My clinical background includes extensive training and experience in perinatal mental health, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), LGBTQIA+ and gender-affirming care, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder treatment/Exposure & Response Prevention Therapy, and trauma-focused therapy. I have experience treating mood disorders, personality disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma and stressor related disorders, substance use disorders, and severe mental illness.
My approach is person-centered and flexible, drawing from DBT, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), internal family systems therapy (IFS), solution-focused therapy, and psychodynamic perspectives. Building genuine human connection is at the heart of my work.
At the core of my work is the belief that clients are the experts of their own lives, and with the support of a strong therapeutic alliance, can cultivate resilience and create fulfilling, balanced lives.
