Welcome! As a clinical counselor, my focus is on helping clients improve their quality of life, whatever that may look like, through genuine connection in a supportive and non-judgmental environment. I help clients feel empowered and prepared for whatever challenges they face through use of their strengths and the skills we learn together in our sessions. I have personal interest in healthy diet and lifestyle and the benefits of such on one's mental health. I believe everyone can live a fulfilling life as long as they have the support and resources to do so.

I provide telehealth and in-person therapy services in Willoughby. I am known to be supportive, honest, realistic, non-judgmental, understanding, direct, and energetic. I use evidence-based modalities in treatment that are customized to each client’s needs, including ACT, CBT, and mindfulness, with a predominant solutions-focused approach.

I have been a clinician since 2010, and have experience with adults and adolescents in school, community, and telehealth settings. I have worked with a variety of people from different backgrounds, and specialize in anxiety disorders, adolescent issues, marital/relationship issues, and family conflicts.
