You do not have to navigate hardships and challenges alone. Together, we will identify stressors, and create a plan of action that works best for you, your child, and your family. My clinical experience includes working with children, adolescents, and adults who struggle with various presenting issues such as depression, anxiety, stress management, self- image, porn addiction, trauma, and more.

I provide evidence-based therapeutic practices such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), CBT, EMDR, Person Centered Therapy, and Play Therapy while helping clients meet their needs. An individualized plan will be created for each client based on their presenting concerns.

I believe all people have an excellent capacity to achieve their counseling goals. In our time together, I strive to provide a safe, genuine, nonjudgmental space for all clients to heal within a solid therapeutic relationship built on trust, communication, and congruence.
