You found me, welcome! It’s amazing you’re taking the first step to improving your life or returning to continue your growth. This is often challenging, scary, and uncomfortable, but as your therapist I will ensure your experience is seamless while providing an open, compassionate space to explore the challenges you face, whether that’s constant anxiety and overthinking, self-criticism, conflict and communication difficulties in your relationship, or family disconnection. The very fact that you’re here, seeking help, shows just how much strength and courage you already have, let’s increase that light within you together.

I approach therapy through a solution focused, strength based, and client centered lens. I use a blend of techniques from different therapy models that are tailored to meet your unique needs. This may include a blend of techniques from Solution-Focused Therapy, Emotion-Focused Couples Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

I have a wide variety of experiences throughout life, from growing up in a small town, to moving to a big city, and everything in between. I come from a medium sized family, competed in different sports, and enjoyed participating in choir throughout my adolescence. I hope to provide more access, care, and compassion to those who are in need of support.
