About
**Not Accepting New Clients** My therapeutic style can best be described as warm, straight forward, and humorous. I have a strong belief that my clients are the experts of their own lives and experiences. I view that my job as a therapist is to assist my clients in finding their own meaning, purpose, and direction in life. To do this, I challenge my clients to live their lives authentically and according to their own moral compass. I have a non-judgmental, person-centered therapeutic approach. I work with my clients on taming that inner critic, which I like to refer to as their gremlin, and ever so politely showing it the door.
As a working professional and mother, I have always been frustrated with how difficult it is to get any form of medical care with my busy schedule. With this in mind, I decided to provide online mental health counseling in addition to traditional in-person counseling to assist individuals who need a more flexible treatment option.
I am a good-fit for someone who wants a therapist who will be supportive, empathetic, challenging, and doesn’t sugar-coat things. I look forward to working with you!
