As a fellow neurodivergent individual, I understand the importance of individualized treatment using a multitude of therapeutic approaches.

I know what is like to feel like no one understands you, and it is my goal to have a space where any and all feel safe and empowered to live their lives in ways that bring them joy and peace. I work with clients who are struggling with managing depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma symptoms, or self-esteem issues related to their personal histories. During our intake session, we will explore the history of your symptoms and determine goals for our time together. Most of my clients report a reduction in symptoms within the first 4-8 weeks and continue to improve thereafter.
