Welcome! Many of my clients are navigating a world that wasn’t built with them in mind, and therapy becomes a space to explore who they are without shame, stigma, or the pressure to conform. I strive to create a space where clients feel comfortable being and discovering their full selves. I enjoy working with teens and adults, neurodivergent folks, and people exploring their relationship with food, movement, and body image- through a weight-neutral, fat liberation lens. I also support clients navigating major life transitions, substance abuse, feeling stuck, or trying to make sense of old patterns that no longer serve them.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and affirming. I believe each person has a valuable and unique life experience that shapes and informs the choices we make and how we live. Together, we’ll figure out what feels supportive- whether that means sitting with and processing big emotions, unlearning harmful narratives, or building practical tools for change.
