I offer a strengths based and trauma informed therapeutic approach to work with adults, children, and families to meet your unique needs.
I am trained in EMDR, CPP, and various trauma-based modalities. With children, I utilize play interventions, sand tray work, and art activities.
My goal for each client is to feel safe enough to share their stories with me. My approach is strengths based, non-judgmental, and trauma responsive. I strive to ensure that every client feels heard, understood, and accepted for who they are.
