I often work with individuals who feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or stuck. Perhaps struggling with anxiety, trauma, identity, or simply navigating life, including navigating life as a neurodivergent person. They want a space where they feel safe, heard, accepted and need support developing tools to manage life’s challenges. Their goal is to heal, grow, and feel more confident and connected in their daily life. They may not always know exactly what they need at first, but they know they don’t want to face it alone, and want to move at their own pace in their own way.
I offer client-centered therapy and child-centered play therapy to create a safe, supportive space for healing. I enjoy working with clients struggling with trauma and neurodivergence, tailoring each session to the unique needs of the client. My goal is to help children, teens, and young adults feel seen, understood, and empowered to grow.
I know how hard it can be to ask for help, I've been there. I'm here to offer a safe, compassionate space for children, teens, and young adults to heal and grow.
