As a queer, AuDHD, and chronically ill therapist I work with many folks who may also identify as neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, chronically ill, or all of the above bringing both professional and lived experience to my work with clients. I provide individual therapy to adults. I also provide couple's counseling including ENM and non-traditional relationships.
I believe it is vitally important to have a space where your identities are validated and valued. I welcome diverse identities into my therapeutic space and incorporate a variety of modalities including DBT, IFS and ACT into sessions while always centering responsive, compassionate, affirming care.
