My background includes work with trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and self-esteem. I work collaboratively with clients to identify tools and strategies that resonate and support lasting growth.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and direct. Together we’ll explore how your past and present experiences shape the way you relate to yourself and others. I specialize in evidence-based and holistic strategies including ART, ACT, EMDR, mindfulness, somatic therapies and trauma informed care.
