You deserve to feel better, and you don't have to figure it out alone. Lasting change is possible, and therapy can help you get there. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, caught in patterns that no longer serve you, navigating a major life transition, or simply longing for greater peace and balance, therapy offers a place to heal, grow, and move forward with confidence. For more than 20 years, I've had the privilege of helping thousands of clients create meaningful, lasting change. You deserve more than just getting by. You deserve to thrive.
I received my MSW from UM and my BA from MSU. I offer traditional psychotherapy with a mind/body/spirit focus. With a background in integrative medicine, I also offer techniques in the creative arts, mindfulness, meditation, guided imagery, health and wellness. I treat the whole person.
I specialize in CBT, Holistic & Mindfulness based therapy. I believe in offering a calm, centered approach that is solution-focused. My clients get real results. Learn new ways to address life challenges and reach your full potential. You deserve better. Call or email when you feel ready. You don't need to face this alone. I look forward to supporting you.
