I enjoy working with individuals across the lifespan and strive to create a supportive space where clients can communicate and express their needs in ways that feel comfortable and developmentally appropriate. My goal is to offer a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to share, process experiences, and receive support through life’s many challenges. I provide in-person services to the Sugar Land, Richmond, Rosenberg, and surrounding Houston-area communities in Texas.

I work with children, teens, parents, and adults who are experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem challenges, and parenting difficulties. I also support mothers as they navigate the transitions and challenges of motherhood, including postpartum anxiety and depression, as well as concerns that extend beyond the postpartum period.

I believe that a foundation of safety and understanding is essential for growth and healing. Therapy is a space for self-discovery, learning, and personal development. I offer free 20-minute phone consultations and would be happy to connect with you.
