You might be doing your best to keep things together, but inside you feel overwhelmed or unlike yourself. I often work with women who are adjusting to new motherhood, coping with postpartum anxiety or depression, or trying to make sense of a difficult birth experience. Others come to me carrying old trauma or grief that still affects their daily lives. You may feel tired, anxious, disconnected, or unsure about how to move forward. You just want to feel steady and like yourself again.
I offer a warm, steady approach. I use a variety of modalities, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is often a go-to, in order to best support postpartum mental health, birth trauma, grief, anxiety, and the impact of earlier experiences. My goal is to help you understand what you’ve been carrying and find real relief and balance again.
You don’t have to keep navigating this alone. With the right support, healing becomes easier, and you can find your way back to yourself. When you’re ready for a more calm and grounded way forward, I’m here to help you feel understood, supported, and truly heard.
It would be a privilege to meet. you.
