I support my clients with anxiety, self-esteem, and trauma and PTSD to move forward. If talk therapy doesn't feel right for you, I offer EMDR therapy. EMDR is effective in treating a wide range of disturbing life experiences through bilateral stimulation which allows the brain to resume its natural healing process. I am also trained in the Flash Technique.
I know that addressing our fears and anxieties can be a really daunting undertaking and I am here to support you through the process. To maintain accessibility for all, I continue to work exclusively virtual and offer all modalities through a secure video platform.
