I have devoted my career to helping mothers and infants, children, adolescent girls, and adult women. With a background in complex trauma, pregnancy and postpartum, attachment, and parenting, I provide a compassionate and skilled approach to therapy. I believe the therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful change. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported while helping you better understand yourself and navigate life’s difficulties with confidence and resilience.
With extensive training in complex trauma, I tailor therapy to your unique needs. I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Child-Parent Psychotherapy, play therapy, EMDR, Brainspotting, Circle of Security, and somatic techniques. As a board-approved supervisor, I also offer clinical supervision for social workers.
Therapy can sometimes feel intimidating, and finding the right therapist is an important decision.
