I am a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor providing both in-person and virtual counseling services. I am passionate about walking alongside people, encouraging and equipping them to thrive and be resilient in their mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. I personally attest to a Christian faith, which led me to develop a deep interest in the compassionate care of others. If explicitly requested by the client, I offer Christian counseling services.
My approach is holistic, trauma-informed, strengths-based, and psychoeducational. I focus on creating an empathetic, compassionate therapeutic relationship, working collaboratively with clients to achieve their goals and desired outcomes. It is an honor to celebrate the progress my clients make and to take part in this meaningful chapter of their story.
If you have a story to share, I'm here to listen and walk alongside you, providing insight for healing and growth. I hope to meet you during an intake soon!
