I employ techniques from all approaches including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Motivational Interviewing (MI) and solution-focused therapy. I work with children/families, adolescents and adults dealing with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, grief, anger, and relationship disturbances.

The more information I have the easier it will be for us to set up a session! I am available for sessions on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from the Jupiter location and Fridays from Stuart.
