I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. I am here to help you better understand yourself, your relationships, and how you show up in those relationships. I have a warm and collaborative therapeutic style, and use curiosity and compassion to help clients discover new ways of thinking. I work from a strength-based lens to meet clients where they are and support them as they grow. I provide a nonjudgmental and safe therapeutic environment for my clients, and my ultimate goal is for my clients of all identities to feel seen, heard, and understood.
My clinical interests include: children, emerging adults ages 18-29, families with children, individual adults, parent and child dyads, relationship issues, communication, family of origin issues, self awareness in relationships, anxiety, regulating emotions, sexual trauma, attachment, boundaries, self-awareness, self-esteem, and self-compassion.
Above all, I want my clients to know that they are the expert of their own lives. I consider myself an ally of the LGBTQIA+ community and strive to provide therapy rooted in social justice and cultural humility. We will work together to help you be the best version of yourself that you can be in relationship with yourself and others.
