I love the unique aspects and experiences of womanhood and motherhood. From teen years through adulthood, women have unique and valuable experiences that deserve special care and respect. I have combined my passion for teen girls, pregnancy, birth, women, and families with my professional skills in counseling to focus on self worth, relationship skills, and reaching personal goals. I practice from an attachment and trauma perspective which means I believe much of our wounds and healing are connected to the health of our relationships, both with others and ourselves.
I specialize in post-partum anxiety, depression, perinatal mental health, new families, and helping parents reconnect to themselves after becoming parents. I also facilitate a women's group designed to rebuild positive self-worth and build a secure attachment style.
