Look, I know reaching out for help is not easy. You might be thinking-how can this person even help me? She doesn’t know me. She doesn’t know my struggles. That’s exactly right. I don’t. Building that trust and rapport is the first step in therapy. I’m not here to tell you what to do. I’m here to create a space where you feel seen, understood, and that your pain is heard. Therapy can help support and guide clients to finding their version of solace. I strive to help you bridge the gap between knowledge and action. Doing this alone is not easy. I’d like to help.
I provide a welcoming and well decorated office space for those experiencing high stress environments. I specialize in working with first responders, athletes and those experiencing high pressure, high stress jobs. You can expect a smooth process from the start with the highest professionalism meant to make therapy accessible.
Reaching out for help can be a vulnerable feeling. Rest assured, in our sessions you will feel heard, accepted as you are and who you are becoming, and supported through the entire process. I am not here to judge you only to provide a safe space to do the work you need to live a happier and more fulfilling life.
