I have several immediate openings as we transition into Summer.
From the teen years through adulthood, women experience unique seasons of life that deserve compassionate, thoughtful care and respect. I’ve combined my passion for teen girls, pregnancy, birth, women, and families with my professional counseling experience to support clients in building self-worth, strengthening relationships, and pursuing meaningful personal goals.
My work is rooted in an attachment- and trauma-informed perspective, recognizing that many of our deepest wounds — and much of our healing — are connected to the quality of our relationships.
I specialize in teen girls, post-partum anxiety, depression, perinatal mental health, new families, and helping moms reconnect to themselves after becoming parents.
