I integrate CBT/DBT skills and somatic approaches to support nervous system regulation and resilience. I’m also trained in SYMBIS for premarital counseling and can incorporate Christian faith as desired.
My approach is warm, curious, and collaborative, grounded in compassion rather than judgment. By understanding protective parts shaped by past experiences, patterns can soften and change. Through IFS, somatic work, and optional faith integration, clients move toward greater clarity, connection, and lasting change.
