I also work with folks who are struggling with substance use disorders and folks who have experienced recent grief and loss.
The last few years have been trying for many folks, including but certainly not limited to women, queer, and BIPOC folks. Collaboratively we will discuss what modalities make the most sense and which feel the most helpful. This may include EMDR, CBT, or even MI. I am not a therapist who loves homework or worksheets and offer that as an option when clinically appropriate.
