I specialize in the treatment of adolescents and adults with a wide range of behavioral issues, mental health issues, life adjustment concerns and substance related struggles. Areas of focus also include treating anxiety, depression, trauma and dissociative disorders. I am EMDR Trained. I am a seasoned therapist, practicing for over 15 years.
I meet the client where they are and adjust my techniques and skills to treat each client as the individual they are. I utilize therapy tools, coaching, life skills, mindfulness and creative arts to help my clients move to a place of better integration and wellness. I am South African born and raised and living in US for 20 years.
